Business Development Manager – Equipment Finance

Nationwide Equipment Finance (NEF) is looking to hire a business development manager in the equipment finance division. We are looking to add a dynamic, and motivated account executive with experience in building new client relationships and providing first class service.

With 10+ years in business and over 100 million dollars in successfully closed finance deals, NEF is a direct lender and respected broker in the equipment finance industry. NEF works directly with businesses of all sizes to provide a wide range of financing and capital options within a variety of markets. (Construction, Medical, Transportation, and Other Markets)

In this position you will manage your own book of business, and build your own relationships along the way. You will work directly with business owners, equipment vendors, banks, and underwriters across the country to provide competitive financing options and build long lasting relationships with your clients. NEF will provide support, training and the platform needed to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Building new business relationships
  • Support current business relationships
  • Process applications
  • Analyze business strength and identify needs
  • Work directly with underwriters to structure deals
  • Negotiate terms and review approvals with clients
  • Manage leads and active deals through internal CRM system
  • Close deals and provide great service

Qualifications Desired:

  • Current book of business is a plus but not required.
  • 2+ Years of successful equipment finance sales experience.
  • 2+ years of phone sales experience
  • Proficient working a CRM and maintaining organized lead and deal notes
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not required)
